Stop guessing how your team performs.

See it. Fix it. Prove it.

Most managers know their team could perform better. Few know exactly why it doesn't. Structured simulations surface the behavioural data that tells you where performance is breaking down — and what to do about it.

The Method

How The Performance Lens works

Simulate

Your team runs through structured simulations designed to surface real behaviour under pressure.

Assess

Under structured pressure, three things become visible. Cognitive engagement — how individuals reason and adapt. Deliberate tracking — how systematically they monitor the team and make choices. Emotional experience — how they navigate interpersonal dynamics when the group is under strain. Every workshop measures all three.

Develop

Every participant receives a behavioural assessment profile. Leaders receive a confidential team report and a clear recommendation on what to develop next.

Workshops

Every workshop includes live simulations, structured self-assessment, and a full behavioural report. You leave with data, not opinions.

Available now

The Team Effectiveness Workshop

How your team communicates when clarity breaks down. How they decide when constraints are real. How they collaborate when pressure is on. All three assessed, scored, and delivered back to you as data.

Available now

The Leadership Workshop

A half-day that puts your team under pressure to reveal how leadership shows up — who sets direction, who steps back, and how people respond when things are unclear. Every participant leaves with a clear picture of their own leadership pattern and a starting point for where to grow. You leave knowing how leadership is distributed across your team and what to build next.

Navigating Failure Workshop

HALF-DAY · COMING SOON (2027)

A half-day built around setbacks — how your team faces them, works through them, and recovers. People practise dealing with failure openly and pulling the lesson from it, and leave with a shared language for talking about what went wrong without blame. You leave with a read on how your team handles adversity and where to strengthen it.

Focused Sessions

Each focused session targets one specific skill under pressure. 90 minutes. Same method as the full workshop — designed to isolate, observe, and develop one area at a time.

The Annual Performance Program

A full year built
on your workshop

Your Workshop shows you where your team’s gaps are. The Annual Performance Program is the year of structured practice and measurement to close them — built directly on the workshop you run, and measured again at the end.

Who runs the workshops

Who runs the workshops

Mark built his career across professional sport, financial services, and technology ventures before founding Saigon Young Professionals. He began as a Class A Professional with the PGA of Canada — competing professionally and developing an early understanding of what separates people who perform under pressure from those who don’t. That question has followed him through every career chapter since.

In financial services, he worked across retail banking and wealth management, where the work was fundamentally about reading people, building trust quickly, and communicating with clarity when the stakes were real. He later co-founded Vambora, a fintech startup tackling open banking infrastructure — backed by Forum Ventures — where he led strategy, fundraising, and partnerships, and where he learned firsthand how teams break down when communication, decision-making, and role clarity aren’t working.
